Ali The Ali outboard motor was presented in 1922 and was of a special construction.
It had a four cylinder wobble-plate engine with the cylinders in a ring around the motor axis an gave
ca. 4hp. This arrangement gives a very compact motor design. Tekniska Museet in Stockholm has an Ali motor.
Only some 500 motors were produced. This link leads to “Teknisk Tidskrift” 1931 where Johnson,
Archimedes and Ali motors were tested.
